Threadz+ Refund & Return Policy

1. General Policy
Because all Threadz+ products are custom printed on demand, we cannot accept general returns or exchanges. Please check product details and sizing charts carefully before placing an order.

2. Refunds & Replacements

  • We only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted.

  • To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

  • If approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost, or a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Incorrect sizing ordered.

  • Buyer’s remorse (change of mind).

  • Orders with incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

4. Partial Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will generally cover the full product cost (including applicable taxes). Shipping charges may not be refundable, depending on the situation and jurisdiction.

5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Please note that bank or card issuer processing times may vary.
