Threadz+ Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
All Threadz+ products are custom printed on demand. Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–7 business days before shipping.

2. Shipping Times

• Domestic Orders (U.S.): 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

• International Orders: 7–21 business days after fulfillment, depending on destination and customs processing.

• Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, customs, weather, etc.).

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

• Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking

• Customers will receive a tracking number by email once the order has shipped.

• Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update once the carrier has scanned the package.

5. Incorrect Addresses

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Threadz+ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

6. Service Interruptions

• In the event of supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, or unexpected global events, shipping times may be longer than usual.

• Customers will be notified if we are made aware of significant delays.
